Our program is great for those working full time. Classes are 3 days a week ( Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) for 8 weeks. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will become eligible for the State Competency Examination for Nursing Assistant in the State of California.

A prerequisite for this course is the successful completion of a California Certified Nurse Assistant course.

Home Health Aides visit the home of patients. They provide assistance with everyday tasks. They often work within the home setting in order to improve their quality of life. More and more clients have begun to depend on home health aides because their services are often cheaper than hospital bills. The home environment may also be more comfortable for clients and could help speed up the healing process.

Our program is taught once a week over a period of 5 weeks. Upon successful completion of the course, the student is eligible to apply for certification as a Home Health Aide. No state examination is required.
